Hi! My name is Tammy Ryrie!
I am a proud Albertan, and have called Red Deer County area, home, my entire life.
Just before my husband and I got married, my brother happened to be starting out in his real estate journey, and he said, “You should buy a home.” I thought he was partially joking…After all, I was only 21. I had saved some money up, as I worked as a waitress through school, but I thought it was impossible for us. We both agreed to go looking anyways. That conversation, and that afternoon with him, little did I know, changed my life, and my families lives forever. We were very excited about the thought of having a bigger place, a nice yard, and it would actually be OURS!
I honestly do believe, if my brother hadn’t stepped in, and made me see the benefits of ownership, we may still be renting.
I think your HOME, is the best investment you can make.
My goal is to help others get to their next stage. I love helping younger people realize that they can qualify to purchase a home, they just have to do some planning. I will help them to see how they can financially prepare for their future and get them on the path to home ownership. There is nothing better than watching families transition to a more adequate space or location. to accommodate their growing needs. Once they find a space that can accommodate their needs, they can prosper, and thrive together. I am also looking forward to assisting seniors, as they downsize, and find them the perfect space to retire, and be surrounded with whatever their heart desires! Every person has different, individual needs, and I hope to have the opportunity to show you how important you, and your wishes, are to me!
