About Philippa

I am an Associate Broker / Realtor®, proudly serving Red Deer and Central Alberta. I bring a diverse background to the real estate industry, combining hands-on experience with strategic community insight and ongoing professional development.

My career has spanned construction, social services, and community advocacy — giving me a strong foundation in problem-solving, communication, and understanding the diverse needs of the people I serve. I have renovated multiple properties over the past two decades, which fuels my passion for helping clients see potential and value in every space.

Education and continued growth are key priorities for me. Along with a Certificate in Bookkeeping, a Legal Assistant Diploma, and academic studies in Sociology, Community Policing, and Human Resources, I have completed licensing in Residential, Commercial, Rural, and Property Management Real Estate. I am currently pursuing a Certificate of Advanced Study in Commercial Real Estate Development to further support clients navigating investment and development opportunities.

Since arriving in Red Deer over a decade ago, I have actively contributed to the community, previously serving as a Citizen Representative and Vice-Chair on the Community Housing Advisory Board, participating in the creation of the Community Homelessness and Housing Integrated Plan. I have also supported various local organizations through grant writing and committee coordination, and I currently volunteer as the Vice-President for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul – Red Deer, assisting residents in accessing essential household items and groceries.
